I use professional-grade color calibration. However, because phone and computer screens are "backlit" (shining light at you) and canvas reflects light, there may be very slight variations in brightness. Rest assured, the prints are optimized for the best possible physical viewing experience.

Because each piece is custom-printed just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-10 business days within the USA. You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves the lab.

While our packaging is extremely durable, accidents happen. If your canvas is damaged in transit, please email me using the contact page within 48 hours, and we will make arrangements for you to take and send a photo of the damage and the packaging to me. I will arrange a replacement for you at no cost.

Because each canvas is a custom-made print of a specific photograph in your chosen size, we do not accept returns for "buyer’s remorse" or room-size miscalculations. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, I will make it right immediately with a replacement.

We send orders to the print lab almost immediately to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel, please contact me within 2 hours of placement. Once the printing process has started, we cannot cancel the order.
