While Printful’s packaging is extremely durable, accidents happen. If your canvas is damaged in transit, please email me using the contact page within 48 hours, and we will make arrangements for you to take and send a photo of the damage and the packaging to me. I will arrange a replacement for you at no cost.

Because each canvas is a custom-made print of a specific photograph in your chosen size, we do not accept returns for "buyer’s remorse" or room-size miscalculations. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, I will make it right immediately with a replacement.
