Welcome to Bill’s Photo Shop. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bill’s Photo Shop. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using this website and purchasing from it.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may discontinue or limit availability of any product at our discretion.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it isn’t confirmed until we accept it, which happens once payment is processed. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason; if we do, we’ll try to reach you using the contact information provided at checkout. Returns and exchanges are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only, not resale.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice and don’t include tax, shipping, or duties unless stated. The price charged is the one shown at the time your order is placed. You’re responsible for providing accurate payment information and for all charges incurred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for it transfers to you.

Everything on this site — photographs, text, design, and branding — belongs to Bill’s Photo Shop and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content here without written permission.
